BOULDER, Colo. — While sitting in a Boulder pub, Chris Holloway orders one of his favorite beers. The bartender sets the pint glass under the tap and starts the pour. How does the bartender know where to stop? How does Holloway know that he's truly getting his money's worth?
Before, the bartender would just eyeball it and hand him the glass. But that's changed now that Holloway has come up with his solution to this problem: the "Beer Gauge."
